Across Nigeria and Africa, millions of young people grow up without the practical financial and life skills needed to navigate adulthood successfully. While they attend school and earn certificates, many leave the education system without understanding how to manage money, build savings, create value, or prepare for the realities of work and entrepreneurship
- Kidpreneur Africa Limited was created to interrupt this cycle—by starting early. Founded in 2018 and incorporated in 2022 by Ms. Juliet Obi, the company was born out of the founder’s lived experience of financial hardship and the long-term consequences of poor money management. This personal journey shaped a clear mission: to ensure that African children grow up with the knowledge, confidence and skills required to build sustainable livelihoods and contribute meaningfully to economic development. Kidpreneur Africa is located in Lagos, Nigeria. Operating at the intersection of education, technology and youth empowerment, Kidpreneur Africa Limited delivers its programs through a blended learning model that combines digital platforms, bootcamps, mentorship, books, games and large-scale learning events. Its flagship product, the Kidpreneur Bootcamp, is a subscription-based learning platform designed for children aged 7–15, offering animated lessons, interactive assessments, and personalized learning dashboards. Complementary offerings include conferences, KidBiz Fairs, summits, and published financial literacy resources as well as AfriSkill Lab, a digital skills platform created to bridge employability and skills gaps for aged 15-25. https://afriskill-lab.com/

For many families, this gap only becomes visible when a crisis occurs, like a loss of income, loss of a parent, or the transition from school to work. At that point, the cost of not learning financial discipline, planning, and entrepreneurship early becomes painfully clear.
To date, Kidpreneur Africa has empowered thousands of children, parents, and educators across Nigeria and other African countries, serving over 2,350 paying parents and achieving measurable learning outcomes, including significant improvements in financial knowledge among learners. The business currently operates with a core team of five staff members and leverages partnerships with schools, educators, and institutions to scale its reach. Its digital-first model enables cost-efficient expansion while maintaining strong impact outcomes.

Testimonial Find Out What Our Parents Say..
Kidpreneur Africa's Business Masterclass is one that every child needs to experience. My children wished to use their skills for impact but did not know how. The business classes empowered them to concretize their ideas. Now, I am raising two young CEOs, thanks to Coach Juliet.
Dr. A.B. Omotoso ParentMy daughter went round advertising her product to people and she sold out in 2 hours at the KidBiz Fair. I am happy that she understands that sometimes you need to step out of your comfort zone to make money.
Mrs. I ParentMy two kids were inspired at the kidpreneur conference. Hearing from kidpreneurs who make money from their own business made them understand the value of money and how money works.

It was during a Kidpreneur Business Class that my son got the idea to write a book on coding. He learned idea generation, validation, how to come up with a business name, and how to write his business plan. He also learned how to pitch his business for the first time. His book, Kids Can Code, will be launched soon.
